Camera is very low giving a false sense of speed and lack of speedo. I don't think they will have much to go on.

Watch it all. Count the amount of times he goes through red lights, uses the wrong side of junctions and he also does a couple of handbrake turns.
 
OTT reminds me of that famous ferrari through paris film. They sped up the film in that case I think and added sound effects later to a merc being driven

60 in a 30 and through a few reds on wide junctions with good visibility in very light traffic, hardly the great train robbery.
Ive often thought it pointless to keep lights on through the night with one car sitting waiting but thats the law isnt it, sacrosanct

He's also hitting at least twice the speed limits in parts tbf..

Ever wondered exactly how a dog drinks? Nicely done high speed video shows it clearly. It's a bit different to how I casually assumed it worked.
