I usually laugh at stereotypes but Japanese humour just isn't funny. 6.0 on imdb? Japanese try and justify this racism as usual saying it's taken out of context.

I'm no expert but I think its parodying Ganguro girls (a trend/fashion, which may be considered racist), rather than a race. Hence the film makers are belittling a rather ridiculous fashion. But either way nothing in Vampire Girl vs. Frankenstein Girl should be taken seriously :s.
