I saw that earlier in the year and ended up trying to find out just how tough a goat skull is.

Head-to-head combat by sheep and goats is a spectacular event, both visually and mechanically. Rival males rear back and bang their horns together, and this event may be repeated several times in succession (e.g. Alvarez, 1990). In bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis) the impact force may exceed 3400N, and the sudden deceleration of impact occurs over less than 300ms (Kitchener, 1988)

According to the original ******** upload, it didn't knock the cow out but killed it. My guess is the cow was hit right were you'd line up a bolt gun for humane slaughter. The thinnest part of a cows skull and closest access to the brain is dead centre in the cross between eyes and horns. The thinnest part of a goat skull is right behind the bit it uses to do the damage when headbutting. When they hit, the goat probably caved that part of the cows skull in like a bolt gun. If it didn't kill it outright, it probably left it with severe brain damage.
