Like most players of Fallout 4, I've built some settlements. Mine are quite elaborate because I have fun roleplaying the benevolent founder of a new civilisation, making things nice for my settlers.
This person's settlement building is in a different league. It's all done with vanilla FO4 on a PS4. So no mods, no DLC, no console commands and no mouse. People who've played vanilla FO4 will know how primitive and clunky the settlement building is. Using it to make this settlement is like succeeding in making a fine tapestry with a screwdriver and garden twine instead of a needle and thread.
Eden Settlement:
