I remember watching bit on TV about the black mamba snake - fastest snake in the world, can move much faster than a human can run over a short distance... essentially you're kind of ****ed if you find one and it feels trapped/threatened by you - need to get to hospital very quickly for anti venom etc..

Mentioned it to my mate from Zimbabwe and he's like "oh yeah we had one in our back garden once, the geese killed it"

One of the deadliest snakes in the world and.... "the geese killed it" :D

It seems that poultry is pretty useful to have if you live somewhere with dangerous poisonous animals!
