Maybe I missed something but where did the driver of the car go before the dude got shot in the car ? It drives up next to him and stops but he's the only person in the vehicle after getting shot and you don't see anybody else around

The first car stopped for no reason.
The second car stopped behind him and the guy tried to enter the drivers side, but it was locked.
Then he got in to the passenger side.
The driver was just sitting there in a panic.

The officer shot the guy and another officer got the driver out off camera.
