It's an interesting channel about many aspects of life in high and late medieval England. The presenter does re-enactment and experimental history because it's their area of interest. Whether it's jousting in a tournament, working some of their land as a medieval peasant or walking their land while talking about some aspect of life in medieval England.
Something that has struck me as odd from a modern perspective (and which is referenced in this video) is how separated businesses were in high and late medieval England. For example, fantasy settings almost always combine inns and taverns into a single business, but in reality they were quite separate. There were probably some arrangements between business owners (e.g. I recommend your inn to my customers, you recommend my tavern to your customers), but they were usually separate businesses despite the clear overlap between them.
