This guy decide to travel from the source of the River Thames all the way to sea. To make progress he must be in the Thames. So he can come out to sleep and eat but he enters back in at the same point and continues travelling.

He's faced quite a few unexpected challenges at the start.

I believe by the end of part 2 he's on day 4 out of the 19 days it took him.
