Retards out in force, good shot with a tin at 4:52 :D

He has a point in that some areas on the mainland are complete **** holes now. And some areas in NI are not far behind.

Don't forget to include the one or two retards in the comments section of that video ;)

Nah, just the tards that attended that.

I'm not very interested in guns, but I find the "Forgotten Weapons" channel interesting anyway. Lots of well explained videos on guns, usually (as the name suggests) guns that are not at all well known even in cultures where guns are so commonplace you can buy them in supermarkets. There's usually an aspect of history in them and I like the simple and knowledgeable presentation of the videos.

Here's a good one with an aspect of history that's usually ignored. Dunkirk was an emergency escape with a barely adequate escape route, so almost everything was left at Dunkirk. Most of the soldiers got out, but hardly any equipment. Food, guns, ammunition, vehicles...all left at Dunkirk. The right priority of course, but it was an important issue that most modern accounts ignore. An army needed guns in WW2. Bren guns were very good, but they're quite complex to manufacture and at that time there was no chance of making enough of them quickly enough. Manufacturing Bren guns needed a factory with specialised equipment. It would take too long to build more of them (and they could be bombed). It was thought possible, even quite likely, that the Germans were going to try to invade Britain not long afterwards. Guns were needed in huge quantities right away.

So, enter the BESAL, aka "garage gun". A machine gun that could be made anywhere that had standard metalworking tools by anyone with a decent level of skill in metalworking. Thousands of mechanics in thousands of garages could make a lot of them in short order without there being any obvious target for the Luftwaffe to bomb. Not used (which is why it's mostly forgotten), but an ingenious solution to a problem.

Just bought a GoPro killer Thieye T5e for £100 on Amazon and uploaded this 4k timelapse video staight out of the box onto Youtube. Quite impressed with this camera so far. With it being £200 cheaper than the GoPro 5/6/7 whatever blah blah, i'm trying to work out what the catch is with this camera ......
