Ok probably not much discussion on here about this but looking for some info before I pull out the ace in the pack to BT CS. I currently have a BT Vision box and whilst its fine, I`m missing some HD channels that are now available in my area. My belief is that these are not going to be available on my BT vision box due to hardware thus I`m left with Youview. Anyone in the central Scotland area and use BT TV, can you confirm my suspicions ?? I think my next call will be to ask to change or leave since out of contract anyway.

I think you should check your signal first as a poor signal can cause a loss of channels or for newly added channels not to be added because of it and it could be something as simple as replacing a cable and not the box (I had an issue with poor signal and information about one HD channel that wasn't in my list, and all I did was change one part of the cable run and the signal came back better then it had before and a manual scan brought my the missing HD channels).
