Yubikey not working to access OCUK forum?

For those who use Yubikeys or the like as a sign-in method to the forums, I've managed to add two security keys to my Overclockers account, but when I try to use them to sign in (private browser and also standard browser, Brave and Edge), it says:

"This security key doesn't look familiar. Please try a different one"

I've removed and added them both twice now to my OCUK account, but each time it's saying they're not recognised when trying to use them to log in.

Any pointers?

Thank you, but sadly no improvement. I'd understand if the forum never accepted the keys, it's the way it adds them and then doesn't recognise them which is the iffy part.

Resolved - what it is is, you are given the option at sign-in only to use a passkey or security key, instead of inputting your username and password. However, this is where it fails and the error prompt doesn't tell you you need to enter username and password before you can then use the security key.
If you do username and password, then it'll prompt for your second factor, and that's when you can use the security key.
Just a case of steps and error messages not being correct.
