Or not, as the case may be. Rat meat and Chinese food safety
I'm flying over to Shenzhen again for two weeks on Saturday, not sure I wanted to see this! I have eaten some pretty rancid things over there though, including a crunchy frog casserole. Literally small frog shaped bags of skin with crunchy bones inside, fortunately the gravy/sauce was heavily laced with chilli peppers to disguise the taste. Chicken dishes tend to get served with the head as well
Anyone else had dodgy food experiences in China?
