Z270 TAICHI hands on experience?

does anyone have hands on experience with the z270 taichi motherboard, i need a board with a lot of satas (ideally 8+ after the m.2 take its share) and the taichi is the only z270 i could find with enough sata's.

are there other boards with 8+ sata inc m.2 usage out there.....

Take a look at the ASRock Z270 Supercarrier as well, that should have enough for your needs.

Just get yourself a PCI Express card with more SATA ports.

Pci exspress cards give slower speeds so not a great idea

They should be exactly the same speed as they use the same number of PCI Express lanes.

No there normaly slower i have one its normally down to the chip set. Best to get a board that dont need a add on card.
