Z4 Coupe

Hello All,
I'm considering a Z4 Coupe Sport simular to this: http://www.pistonheads.com/SALES/686975.htm

I was wondering if anyone has any comments or alternatives?

Scuzi is your man to ask on this sector! I think they are awesome, guess the main alternative is the 350z but you also got the boxster to consider if you dont mind some topless driving.

Silver cars just look grey. Like the poster up there ^ said....get a white or black one.

The link was more of an example, I would ideally be looking for a black one cash allowing.

I love the look of them, very stealthy.

would it not be worth streching to Z4M, i thought there was only a small differance.

I'm already pushing it for a Z4 Coupe so the Z4M is definantly a no no!

Imola Red suits these down to the earth imo. Awesome looking cars.

a lot of people I've spoken to, who have driven both the 3.0 and M, preferred the 3.0, especially as a daily driver. The M doesn't make its power very accessible, and is meant to be quite harsh.

They make cracking buys, though - tax/petrol/credit crunch ***

Alternatives are pretty good too - Boxster, 350Z....

I agree with you. Imola Red is far the best colour for these me thinks! Put some CSL wheels on there and you have a great combo!

Id pick the 350z over one only because i had one and miss it dearly, ive driven a 3.0 Z4 convertible a few times not the hardtop but i cant imagine there is that much diff espeically in performance, nice cars tho and very comfortable and pretty practical

Imola red is a colour you love or hate, my 330ci below was imola red, gutted i sold it ever toy bar heated seats

Z4 Coupe over the Roadster tho! Go for it

The CSL wheels won't fit a 3.0 unless you get four front ones, then you'll lose the 'dish' on the rear.

Great looking cars, certainly will be looking at one of these as my next purchase.

As you mentioned you're "pushing it" I'd have thought the 350Z would be cheaper to live with than a BMW, though I have no facts to base this assumption on. However I have read of annoying little problems with 350's, and none with Z4s, though that may be because I haven't looked into Z4s so much.

I have a 330cd at the momment so am used to the BMW costs and there not a problem, I just have a limited'ish upfront budget.
