Hi there Guys , i wrote to see if someone can clarify for me about this motherboard and pci support, my mobo is pci 2 , will support pci 3 with a bios update ? or nothing like this exist , and lastly will put a pci3 card on a pci 2 slot work first of all , and work properly , or will loose out on the performance ? ,. thank you for the help .

Nope.

Yes it will work. PCI-E 3 cards are backwards compatible with PCI-E 2, and will work with no problems. It won't lose out on performance as AFAIK the bandwidth capacity of PCI-E 2 hasn't been reached yet so there isn't even any need for PCI-E 3 unless you running crossfire/sli configurations.
 
haaaaa that better , thank you , i want to update my graphic card as soon as nvidia release , i have a amd now really good but the driver!!!! i panic any time i have to update , but you say do will be a problem for sli , in that case you need a pci 3 mobo is it correct ?
