Z690 memory

Been testing my DDR5 Gskill 5600 36 36 36 72 ram.running all fine all apps fine at default
Pass on inbuilt mobo memtest86.
If i overclock it to 6000 36 36 36 72 at 1.37
All app benchmark.y cruncher.aida.3d mark.game work fine.but if i test with memtest86 i get error
On 0811 bios.have tried with high volts on mem.
Put cpu to stock.same
So does this mean ram is poor at overclocking? Is faulty when pushed?

hmm will try tm5 and report back

should i try manual setting to 36 36 36 72 6000mhz at 1.37vdd rather using XMP 1?
Would greatly appreciate any settings you recommend.

with 40404077 T2 6200mhz
