Been testing my DDR5 Gskill 5600 36 36 36 72 ram.running all fine all apps fine at default
Pass on inbuilt mobo memtest86.
If i overclock it to 6000 36 36 36 72 at 1.37
All app benchmark.y cruncher.aida.3d mark.game work fine.but if i test with memtest86 i get error
On 0811 bios.have tried with high volts on mem.
Put cpu to stock.same
So does this mean ram is poor at overclocking? Is faulty when pushed?

You shouldn't need high volts mode (You especially don't need it below 1.435) enabled to get those results, as its not really pushing the kits. Unless you are trying for 1T on a 4 DIMM board, if so good luck.

Also what have you set manually under the ram timings?

If you have mem Tweak Installed can you attach a screen grab?

What SA and MC are you running?

What do you have set for the following?

CPU System Agent Voltage [Manual Mode]
- CPU System Agent Voltage Override [X.X]
CPU Input Voltage [Auto]
High DRAM Voltage Mode [Auto]
DRAM VDD Voltage [X.XXX00]
DRAM VDDQ Voltage [X.XXX00]
IVR Transmitter VDDQ Voltage [X.XXX00]
Memory Controller Voltage [X.X0000]
DRAM VDD Switching Frequency [X.X0000]
DRAM VDDQ Switching Frequency [X.X0000]

I also recommend using RAM Test and TM5 using the Extreme 1 pre-set.

Try the following for 6000 36-36-36-72 2T.

Main Settings

Ai Overclock Tuner [Manual]
DRAM Frequency [DDR5-6000MHz]

DRAM Settings

DRAM CAS# Latency [36]
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay [36]
DRAM RAS# PRE Time [36]
DRAM RAS# ACT Time [72]
DRAM Command Rate [2N]

Voltages

CPU System Agent Voltage [Manual Mode]
- CPU System Agent Voltage Override [1.15000]

High DRAM Voltage Mode [Auto]
DRAM VDD Voltage [1.40000]
DRAM VDDQ Voltage [1.40000]

Advanced Mem Voltages

IVR Transmitter VDDQ Voltage [1.40000]
Memory Controller Voltage [1.30000]
PMIC Voltages [Sync All PMICs]
SPD HUB VLDO (1.8V) [Auto]
SPD HUB VDDIO (1.0V) [Auto]
DRAM VDD Voltage [1.40000]
DRAM VDDQ Voltage [1.40000]
DRAM VPP Voltage [Auto]
DRAM VDD Switching Frequency [1.50000]
DRAM VDDQ Switching Frequency [1.50000]
DRAM VPP Switching Frequency [Auto]
DRAM Current Capability [Auto]

Then run TM5 / RAM Test to ensure its all stable, if not bring the MC up to 1.35 then its still not stable bring the VDD (Including the IVR Transmitter) voltages up to 1.435.

Then if that's not stable lower the the SA to 1.000 / 0.9500

That should get you stable, then you can tweak the SA / MC / VDD / VDDQ / IVR

Let me know how you get on, as I suspect the SA is making it unstable and it wouldn't the first case I have seen like that.
