z77-d3h 64 bit?

hey guys i was wondering if the Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard works with 64 bit win 7? it says: "4x DDR3 1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules
* Due to Windows 32-bit operating system limitation, when more than 4 GB of physical memory is installed, the actual memory size displayed will be less than 4 GB." but i'm not sure.. any help?

Yeah it does as im using the same mobo, its just informing you that window 7 32bit doesn't recognise more than 4gb where as 64bit does. This is the same regardless of the mobo, its just the limitation of 32bit windows.
