Zalman 7700 compatibility

Can anyone tell me if the Zalman CNPS7700 will fit the Gigabyte GA-8N SLI Pro motherboard? Also, is the Zalman enough to cool a dual core 3.73ghz extreme edition, and how much will I likely be able to overclock it to with the zalman?

Edit: I'd also like some advice on which coolers to use for the twin 512MB XFX 7900GTX XT 675MHZ I've ordered. Obvious choice is the zalman, but again, I'm unsure if two of those will fit.

in other words NO, it is likely to overheat and shutdown, as for the graphics card just get the zalman VF-900

Which heatsink is recommended for that processor? I want to have the option to overclock.
