Zalman Cooler

I have just ordered a Zalman CNPS9500-AT Aero Flower (Socket 775) to co on my E6600 Conroe chip and Gigabyte DQ6 board, having never fitted one of these before is there anything to look out for.

Also i note (from Zalmans site) the fan comes with some thermal grease, will this be ok for overclocking or am i better getting somethign else (and do Overclockers stock this?)

You'll be fine with the supplied grease, its not the best, but the difference you get with AS5 probably isn't worth paying £6 quid odd for.

The Zalmans are very well made and the instructions will have all you need to know for fitting
