Zalman cpu cooler

hi, i thinking of getting http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-026-ZA to replace my Gigabyte G-Power Pro Cooler becuase it sounds like a jet plane on steroids and would like to no if anybody has got the Zalman CNPS9700-LED Aero Flower and how does it compare to other coolers available, cheers.

it's not bad. it's quite good actually...but it's not exactly cheap and there are better ones for the money.

They are better ones for sure but i have on one and i was suprised to say the least. It comes with a rhoebus which sits on top of my computer and even at its lowest setting my e6600@3ghz is only ~26 idle 36 playing company of heroes or desert conflict and orthos doesn't go above 46.

There are better but it is a tall and not very broad so good chance it wont interfere with any other component.

yeah I had a cnps9500 on my old 4400x2 setup for awhile and it did quite well.Then I moved to the dark side and got a water system

Is this with fan on full or silent?

I cant find any good temp monitoring for my pentium 4 on evga 680i.

It is @ 4.59Ghz atm so I have it on full to be safe
