Hi guys. I got one of these coolers on the weekend and I've been impressed by its performance, up till last night that is.
The PWM fan on it normally runs at around 930RPM (at which speed its pretty much silent), but after running prime for a couple hours the PWM speed won't drop below ~1100 RPM. Unfortunately, my rig uses beQuiet/Noctua fans and a Corsair AX650, so the noise increase of the CPU fan is easily noticeable.
I've tried rebooting the machine and changing the settings in the BIOS, and while I can get it to spin faster (and make even more noise), I can't get it to slow down to the 900RPM or so I've become used to.
Any ideas?
