Zalman Z9 Plus Front Fan

Anyone got this case able to tell me how I get this out.

Have you tried having a search on youtube, sometimes there's full case reviews on there where they fully dismantle the case, so you can see exactly what's it's like. Might be worth a shot?

I think you need to unclip the front panel, and then there is a screw underneath which is like a metal door thing, which then the fan screws are underneath.

Your probably best to look at some reviews though, or some pictures on Google though to confirm it.

I have searched yes, there is a screw on the front but the bottom section has no screw and wont budge far enough to pull the fan out and even if it did it would probably be bent beyond repair.

Was hoping someone here had this case and had figured it out because its baffled me, its probably something so simple as well.

It has the 1 screw above the grill which releases the top part then the 4 screws which connect to the fan but thats it.

Youtube guides / reviews show you most stuff but failed to show either how to get the top off (Which I figured out) and the front fan, not even their manual says how to do it.

Manual says just unscrew the top screw and pull the front bit off but that dont work as the bottom bit is secured to the frame ???

after you have removed the screw you slide the metal plate up , mine is really stiff.

aaahhhhhhh, dirty sonsa bitches, thanks mate. I see what you mean about having to give it some welly, hopefully this will loosen up a bit over time.

I was a bit afraid of snapping something.

Damn this fan is really dirty lol.

I got a Corsair SP 120mm in the mail to me to replace the front fan, I got 5 Hard Drives in my system so thought this would be more beneficial.
