Tell me these little thingies aren't the coolest things you've seen in awhile.

I need to buy myself a set...look like something awesome to have hanging around.

They're good fun and the person in the video has clearly practiced a lot but they're also the sort of thing that I'd find myself losing interest in after a while I suspect.

//edit searching for Neodymium Magnetic Magic Balls or similar should find you them a whole lot cheaper but perhaps not so nicely packaged as they're a generic product.

They look rather good but I can see the novelty value of these waning very quickly. Personally the repetitive boredom factor would see them in a draw before the end of the day.

"I'll just sit a little closer to my screen, so I can follow this youtube guiD ARGHHH, THEY'RE SUCKING OUT THE PICTURE!!!!!!"

I've got a cube of them, really addictive for about a fortnight and then meh.

Took them into the office for a while and people couldn't stop playing with them. Record was 50 seconds from one long line of them to making a complete 6x6x6 cube.

"If we had any idea what those magnets could have done to our daughter's intestines I would have never had them in our house," she told KPTV.
Aren't there about 500 different warnings on those things? I think you have to be 18-years-old to buy them, first off. They're not meant for children! :p

If magnets are spherical like in the video, how do you work out polarity?
Much like our planet, I expect.
