Zeppelin Air volume control help

hi

Can anyone who has a Zeppelin air please try to help with this problem I'm having , when I stream music via Itunes airplay to the zeppelin air I cannot control the volume via remote or the speakers volume button.

I have the 'allow itunes audio to be controlled by remote speakers' also ticked in itunes preferences so I'm a bit confused about what is the problem.


The only time the volume buttons work is when I'm using a docked ipod.

tried both ways , its odd the thing would not turn off either its as if the system jams up after using airplay.

I had to switch it off at the mains.

Firmware update? iTunes update?

everything seems up to date , will try again today see if it does it again.
