There’s a limit on it. 3k max government contribution as far as I can remember.

The maximum bonus is £33,000 if you open it at 18, and max it out until you hit 50 (unless you're born on 6 April, when the max is £32,000.

My apologies, yea must have it mixed up with summat else. I’m thinking of the help to buy deposit scheme though maybe the rules per region are different (I’m in Northern Ireland)
