right let me save those two flavours, as i just did the smart OC before moving forward

so i went to find out the stock V i reset everything and disabled all the speedsteps ( 5 options at bottom ) and saved it, its using 1.040v at the basic bios screen so i'll add 0.26 to the Vcore offset?

occasionally it drops to 1.002v and 1199, but it jumps around

so been playing around with this and i can get not bad gfx scores with firestrike, although the below score was on the extreme edge of the 980 overclocked.
