Zotac 2070 sent back over 3 weeks ago, still not heard anything?

The card was sent to Overclockers who I believe have sent it onto Zotac.
I recieved an email a week later saying my parcel was out for delivery but it turns out the delivery was from Overclockers to Zotac.

So you should be able to grab that email and track when it was received at Zotac maybe? This should give an idea for how far along it is. I would expect around a 2-4 week turn around from a manufacturer and is probably why Overclockers are holding off as they likely won't get step by step updates, just a box when it arrives.

Yes, it arrived with Zotac nearly 3 weeks back. I guess I'll just have to hold on. Maybe I'm just being a little impatient!

https://www.zotac.com/us/page/product-warranty-policy

"10.6 When defects of a part of the delivered Goods occur, ZOTAC has the right to inspect and remedy the alleged defects. Customer shall grant ZOTAC a reasonable grace period (i.e. at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods by ZOTAC) in which ZOTAC may remedy the defect."

Maybe a little.

That's a bit of a result then? Upgrade and a free game?
Card arrived dinner time today. Unfortunately, the card didn't come with MW although I have recieved a 2070 Super upgrade due to Overclockers not having any 2070's in stock.

Can't fault Overclockers, they did everything in their power to ensure I was back up and running as soon as possible.

Send them an email and ask them. They are usually pretty good about stuff like that. Ah actually you may not have it yet as the game isn't released for a while and you might get a code via email.. Worth asking. :)

Umm im not so happy with overclockers RMA service, but at the same time am, it comes down to who you talk to there..........go figure, I had a leadtek 1000w Platinum PSU go with an almighty bang on me, it was about 2 or 3 years old at the time, still under warranty, so I rang overclockers, they told me to send it in which I did, a week later I rang them to find out what was going on and they said to me, "I dont know if you know how our service works, but we send it back to the manufacturer (Leadtek in Taiwan), they test it and send us a replacement which we then forward to you" all I could think was that is going to take months, anyway a month later I got fed up of waiting, so I rang again, this time I got another guy to speak to and he said, why the hell didnt they just take one out of stock for you and send that to you, we'll just get refunded for the faulty PSU you sent us by our supplier, go figure, got a new PSU the next day, still have it now, so like I said, it comes down to who you speak too.

If they have it in stock and they test the item and it appears faulty, they should just take a replacement for you out of stock, it makes no difference to them, they can just get the faulty item refunded or replaced to them by their supplier, and because of the above reason, thats why I use OCuk for some things and not for others, or make sure the parts you buy have UK RMA centres where you can RMA yourself direct to the manufacturer, cut the middle man out.
