Zotac RMA experience

Really great to read something positive, most RMA experiences sound pretty disappointing. It would be good to have a list of good guy manufacturers in terms of warranty/RMA or has this be done before? Will be considering Zotac for my next card more so now.

I had a Zotac 1070 fail on my roughly 18 months ago. No issues at all and ended up upgrading to a 1080, again choosing Zotac, primarily for their 5 year warranty.

@daveblah I've just come across this from July 2017 >> https://www.zotac.com/us/gb/news/entatech-uk-product-warranty-now-covered-zotac-uk-directly

Was this the address that you had to use to deal with your Zotac RMA?

ZOTAC RMA Centre
Unit 22 Bilton Industrial Estate
Lovelace Road, Bracknell
Berkshire RG12 8YT
United Kingdom
Tel : +44 (0) 1344 868688
Email : [email protected]
That is very odd, the address is different from one I posted 2 years ago in 2016.
I've just rang the 01344 number and got through to Zotac Technical Support and they confirmed that the Unit 22 Bilton Industrial Estate address is correct. So I then also tried the 01189 number and it said: "sorry this number is not recognized, please check the number and try again".

Ah thank you very much, I will edit my 2 years old post with both old and new address. :)

remember entatech were their distribution but they were taken over by GNR , seem they still tell you to go via reseller directly unless its through distribution - thought hopefully they now allow direct ?

I had a zotac card from 2014 an it died 2 weeks ago as well ironically. I got told too bad though as I bought my card in the US and the warranty was only 3 years having bought there an not here in the UK.
