Yep its a complete joke. One of my friends is the guy that took them to court and won. The company as well are a complete farce, liars and idiots. These are the sort of companies that make a mockery of indigogo. You would have thought that a company that advertised a product utilising a previous product would have looked into the rights to use their name, software and ip.

From what I hear they were sent out in terrible packaging. No instructions etc... You may as well buy a Vita, install homebrew enabler and put the speccy emulator on that... Along with hundreds more!
 
I bought mine from eBay, I thought I paid too much but the latest prices are insane. It came in the original box with the black paper, at least the seller bubble wrapped it.
 
Shame really as Levy was involved in my favourite home computer, the Elan Enterprise but reading about this debacle it's fairly clear to see he and his female counterpart are either sociopaths or worse, psychopaths.

There are some good 16k games! I still think that the best speccy games are still great today. The ropey/poor ones have aged badly though.
 
It does seem to be Levy's modus operandi and a very familiar way of working for people who think such legal actions work, rather than just delaying the inevitable.

I am in no way affiliated with anyone involved or reporting on this debacle. I just stumbled across it and formed my own opinion that David Levy has a very strong 'reality distortion field' and thinks nothing of issuing legal letters, usually without any foundation to stall the noise. I am fairly sure a huge number of people are now gunning for him, rightly so based on my interpretation of events and he is about to get some hard door knocking very soon.

He seems bent as do many of those involved based on what I am reading and people who are so deluded really should be felled and locked up.
