32” 4K 240hz is probably what I’m getting.

Use it for a mix of work and gaming and figured the 5XXX series will be the right time to jump to 4K. Not sure whether 32” will be too much for competitive fps games though.

I was looking forward this year for something at 38" in oled factor but at least same resolution as my AW3821dw 3840x1600. Is there anything like this?
LG are planning a 34" and a 39" 5120 x 2160 ultra wide but not until 2025 according to this roadmap.

Everything else is 1440p but at higher refresh rates.

When I saw that Samsung one announced I was gutted to see it's curved :( would have snapped it up straight away... still tempted though but I expect it won't have KVM and USB-C PD that I need for mysetup.

Yeah its a minefield, every time it feels like you see something decent its either curved or ultra wide or both!

I was going to order the Samsung 57" neo g9 but I can't go back to LCD, next option was LG ultragear 45" oled but the low resolution was a no go. Even though so many panels are released the perfect panel still does not exists. looks like 42 or 48" LG oles TV will have to do. I don't understand why matt gaming monitors exist, its baffling.

The HP Omen Transcend will have these features supposedly, but there's no release date for it yet.

@Baddass, do you think Dell/AW will have a flat 32" model at a later date, or is the curved one all we will get this year?

What about other manufacturers, anything from them this year when it comes to ultra wides?

We don't have any roadmaps showing a 5120x2160 34 inch till 2025 unfortunately

I'd love for it to come earlier so I can upgrade.

But if you don't mind a bigger size - LG is launching 5120x2160 45 inch OLED monitors this year. It looks like LG is doing 5120x2160 in larger sizes first before it scales down the technology to smaller panels
