Will you go through with this if the BF4 edition turns out to be £800 as rumoured Kaap?
Of course I'm assuming the 290X itself will be around 500...
For that you could almost buy a Titan on launch day.
How many pre-orders now gibbo ? will you be closing the offer when all are allocated to save disappointment ?

I think a smart move for anyone wanting one of these cards would be to avoid the BF4 edition, wait a few weeks and pick up a R9 290X then and get BF4 as one of the free games that come bundled with AMD cards anyway.
I know where 4 went. My HD 5970s need replacing.

Were sticking by AMD's rules, makes no sense to risk upsetting AMD when they are the ones giving us the stock.
AMD are delighted with what we've done, maybe I can now steal some extra allocation from partners who are breaking NDA.
