no its a trade off, fast speed with loose timings is not faster its all just marketing BS.

google xpg lancer blade, i paid £100 for 32gb of 6000Mhz cl30, and the ram runs very happy at 6800mhz cl30 with no voltage bump

Yes, or if it is fast speeds and tight timings, it’s expensive and can need increased voltages and tweaks (depending on how good your CPUs IMC or motherboard is)
