Depends how far you go back? It’s all relative

You buy and sell.

You're now part of the rich six, and you're displacing other teams.

It's time to drop the 'we're the plucky underdogs who'll give the big boys a run for their money' act.

Last season it was the Sky6, but you can't use that now that your games are regularly shown on Sky.

As we very well now rich owners don’t make a rich club.

Touché please put up net spends charts again ignoring the fact that rich six have invested billions into their squads.

How far do you want to go back? How about since the start of the Premier League? (bear in mind you've spent 3 seasons outside the PL in that time)

You've got an approx net spend of 750million since the PL started, Liverpool have an approx net spend of 880million.. so yeah, 'billions' more apparently (figures grabbed from Transfermarket so they probably arent 100% spot on)

Instead of rich 6 what about super league 6?

we just started our initial investment stage. Last 5 years a spend of just over 400m? You probably find the London 3 have spent quite a bit more over that period of time. Heck Villa, Westham and Bournemouth bound to be close also.

And besides wage bill has a bigger correlation to success than transfer spending.

This is absoutely spot on, the only outliner across any league in europe of the last 25 years - is Man Utd in the previous decade and QPR.

It’s the same as looking Haaland for <£50m and saying why didn’t everybody go for him, wages are insane. It’s the same reason players can’t leave clubs mostly.
