Thats ridiculous. £30m/month on wages. Thats roughly £7.5m/week. Even if you paid 15 of your players half a million a week you would only just hit that figure. Does that include all staff at the club inc. manager and the other high up staff?
Yes but the vast majority of that is made up of the first team squad plus a few senior staff.

People massively underestimate how much players are getting paid now. Using Utd as an example again (simply because we get more detail of their finances), the summer Utd sold Dan James and signed Sancho, Ronaldo and Varane, Utd told investors that those transfers would result in a circa £75m rise in wages per season. Assuming James was costing just £5m, that would mean the 3 incoming signings would have been costing Utd around £80m per season/£1.5m per week.

Just pathetic in all areas of the park.
Howe seems incapable of learning, we have massive holes in midfield so he changes it against wolves and we look more solid and get a good result, tonight he sets us up to press and leave holes all over the midfield and we get picked apart again, it makes absolutely no sense.

It’s very disappointing after that first half where I thought we were the better side. Poor showing this half though and fully deserve nothing.
