Having looked at the other games, it's actually a really strong month for me, symphony of war somehow escaped me and is highly rated, same as Fashion Police.

Yea, I've heard of other stories about programmers being screwed over like when Telltale games went bust. Maybe it just happens in all industries though when companies struggle.

I wish Like a Dragon was for the GOG platform, as it is DRM free, the Steam version uses Denuvo.
Humble used to be DRM free but it's a while since that was the case.

I had to google Denuvo. The only game I've played with it was Metro Exodus. It's annoying if it permanently spoils parts of your SSD data storage

There's threads and threads throughout different forums about Denuvo, not installed it on my system yet, but it isn't very liked on the forums. Some say it causes performance problems.

I was just reading the wiki: Denuvo has been criticised for high CPU usage and excessive writing operations on storage components, the latter potentially causing significant life-span reductions for SSD drives. So actually could be worse than I wrote. I had an NVME and SSD go on my last rig, but I only gamed for a few hours on Denuvo.

I'm not that bothered about a little slower framerates on not so new games that I should be able to run easily though
