Use a different browser with no addons/extensions, and clear temp files first.

I've found open a new broswer session, topcash or quidco first, then to the merchant.

Every other attempt to use quidco has resulted in me making a claim. Maybe 1 in 6 fail with topcash.

OcUK cashback has always come through though

Takes a while. . . but gets there in the end.

Quidco and Top Cashback work fine on mobile too, I've used them both on my tablet and phone without issue many times.
