I have decided to add an external Mo-Ra3 to the loop as the previous system struggled to maintain decent water temperatures. 2 360 radiators were definitely not enough and rather squeeze a 3rd in, an external radiator would much better handle water temps and keep the whole system quieter. A second D5 pump would also allow for quieter pump operation.

Mora for the 4090 and the 2 360 radiators for the cpu and ram? That's a lot of cooling!
It will all go on one loop. The previous setup struggled. The water temp went over 40C in the summer and that was the CPU at stock and GPU undervolted.

That Mo-Ra3 is crazy! I know what you mean with the coolant temps though. I have 2 360 rads in my build and when gaming in the summer, things do get worryingly warm with a 3090 in the loop. You are probably wise to increase Rad area for the 4090. GL with the build :)

Question about the Barrowtech Oled Flow meter? Is it all self contained so just needs sata power ? or does it need to plug into the mobo as well ?

@Vidar Quick disconnects would be my guess
You would want to be able to
Easily disconnect it from the PC if wanted to move it
Or drain it etc
Might involve drilling a couple of holes in the rear
Of the case though
Or guess you could remove pci slot covers
And go through there

Yep that's right.
I have 2x G1/4 pass throughs. 1 will line up nicely with the EK front distro plate through the 2nd to bottom PCI slot requiring no modification and will maintain the even hard tube look at the bottom. The 2nd will go in a hole ill drill which will line up with the top port on the multi port radiator at the bottom of the case. Since I don't have access to the case yet as I haven't taken it apart, I have a 14mm rotary extension and a 16mm - 22mm SLI rotary extender to choose from to connect the Rad to the pass through. Im using Koolance QD3 disconnects for quick removal as you have mentioned.

Yeah I have the older version koolance qd
Bit larger than yours I think
But man they are really heavy and solidly built
Definitely useful things
And I also like multiport radiators
Especially for filling and draining the extra ports can make life easier
