More meat and 5kilos of beef bones and 1.7kilos of lamb bones. My frezzer is over flowing. Really need to find a dirt cheap 2nd hand chest freezer.

Holy crap, Glaucus!

Do you just get a monthly boxed deal, or can you pick what goes in to it?

Both, monthly box which you get points for, can then select what's in it.

The bones and chicken wings(for BBQ) are extras I paid for.

Home made stock and sauces. Going to get them made up and freeze them.
Then if I make sausage and mash or something, got instant deliciuse gravy with no hassle.

MEATFEST! Where's all that from, then?

It is more expensive than supermarket, but it's all aged properly and good quality. For me it's well worth the extra.

Oooooo look at those chops, hmmmmmm pig.......... that was one fat pig

Perfect for cutting across the fat in inch squares

This is the other thing I like.

It's pedigree free range Wessex saddlleback pigs, from longmedow farm, killed on the 27th feb, butchered on 29th of feb.
Beef on the other hand killed on 31st of jan, butchered on 29th of feb.
