i went from 355(30 march 2012) to 420 (15/12/2012) and that was including spending 4 months on a full on cut, and the last 4 months doing a Hypertrophy focused routine as well!

400 is a nice solid target to aim for :D

Do it. ;)

what were your lifts in september?.

BACK SQUAT: 120kg
DEADLIFT: 130kg
BENCH PRESS: 85kg

So not exactly what I would describe as reasonable progress, but at least I managed to get somewhere. :)

i am setting myself the target of staying sub 77kg and adding to all of my lifts, i dont want to post up my targets but i have told a couple of guys and they think they are achiveable, maybe even suppassable before next year is out.

If i can hit my targets then i could be top 25 as the table sits now. We shall see.

That's fair enough, and even if nobody thinks it's achievable, it will be good fun (provided you don't decimate me in the process. :D ).

My targets for next year are serious Olympic lifting, with powerlifting for the giggles (it's fun having people mirin' the tiny bend in the bar...). However, I'm not really fussed about my weight going up, as it means I can cut for hte 94kg category. :)

And besides, If I can get close to half of FF's awesomeness, it's all good. ;) :D

170/240/260 in a year!

that would put most of the board to shame, and would be crazy impressive if you could even come close to it! good luck with the goals :)

As I said, the idea is to give people a laugh. As long as at least somebody finds it amusing, then any gainz are merely a 'nice to have'. :)

Awesome lifting Temi.

You are so much more stable under the 140kg than the 150kg, and it looks so easy. I reckon you have the 150kg very soon.

Nice one Temi!

Two things:

1) Have the hooks one notch lower. Having to struggle to get the bar over the lip on your walkout/rack is not ideal!

2) Knees out!

Nice work Temi I am planning on chasing you down! With my poor white boy genetics, I am glad my stumpy legs give me a squatting advantage :D

Have to agree, was just a case of not being used to having that weight on your back.

A few people do heavy walkouts, just to get used to heavier weight during squat prep.

Great lifting though, 140 looked easy :D

I've been temped to do some heavy walk outs, and then combining that with practicing the negative of the rep, would that help, or our that just be a bit of a waste?
