What is good lock? I don't think I want to update if I'll need another app to get navigation gestures back.
Asking as I assumed it was an app but nothing comes up in play store for good lock.

Hi all, considering the S23 as a replacement for my OnePlus 7T - can anyone confirm whether it comes with a pre-installed screen protector?

oh my dear ****** lawd...the oneui 6.1 update sucks
can't believe they changed the nav gestures to the apple style swipe shizzle
either that or the fugly looking bottom buttons
thank god that there is a workaround app to change back to the old nav gestures

it's these 3 bars that i've circled in blue (old style nav gestures)
with oneui 6.1 they changed it to one big bar that just hides the app, and to scroll backward/forwards requires a side swipe and to display all open apps requires a tricky swipe up and hold. a fubar backward step imo

I must have already set it to act like that previously as what you're describing to be new is how mines always worked.

Battery charging seems to have changed. I used to limit to 85%, now there's several options and maximum limits to 80%.

Mine updated to One UI 6.1 today. My main gripe was the bottom 3 buttons as well. I went into Display > Navigation bar and switched it to gestures to get rid of the buttons, but I can't 'flick' the bottom of the screen any more, left=task manager, middle=home, right=back. Flicking it now just takes me to home regardless to finger placement. I want to get the 3 left/middle/right gestures back.

download samsung good lock from the samsung app store
then within the good lock app download navstar
it'll ask you for access to pictures etc but i did not grant access and still works
enable navstar
enable extra gestures settings
then go back to navigation bar in the android settings and hey presto

At the end (navigation bar in Android settings), make sure to go to "more options" then change from "swipe from sides and bottom" to "swipe from bottom" to get the 3 swipe zones back. Otherwise, clear as mud

@Pawnless Endgame if there wasn't this workaround app, i would've sold my S23...that was how frustrated i was lol

Yep, it would be good if we could set a custom limit as the other two new options don't really appeal to me and I was previously happy with limiting to 85%.
I also got stung by the nav gestures change, good lock/navstar to the rescue once again!

What Google thing?So, in the new update, how do you remove the Google thing at the bottom?
This, when you long press, it brings up the Google search bar. Wasn't there before the update.
