Quick dirty playing about...

Superposition: 1080P Extreme.

Stock 10,119

OC: 11,301 (+11.7%)

Core only, no memory, clocks were between 2790 and 2850Mhz.

I haven't found the limit yet, i'll leave that for another day, right now i want to get on with other stuff.
Humbug i forgot to ask are all your results at 1080p?

Just looking back through thread and it seems you scored slightly higher than me even though i have faster cpu. My results are from 1440p benchmarks, just curious as i may need to tweak my card :D

The 3DMark runs are all the demo version so yes, i think so, they might even be 720P, i don't know

Your CPU score is about 10% higher than my 5800X, that's interesting as its lower clocked, the 3D cache must be a factor even in physics.

You Graphics score tho, its still lower than my stock 7800 XT, £550 vs £480 and 12GB, no regrets... :)
My Timespy score with an OC

Close enough to my OC score :) nice...

Managed 22029 Graphics score: http://www.3dmark.com/spy/43673470

I have the MBA and overclocked it to UV to 989mv (not stable for gaming more like 1030mv for COD etc) Core : 2700mhz Min 3100mhx max Vram Fast Timings 2614mhz (any more I get crashes), Fans on 75% no Zero RPM

Its a great Overclocker!

I will throw in a pic just for old times sake:

You know what... this i think is going to be about as high as i can get, i don't like pushing GPU's to the brink just to gain a few extra points and i think that's probably about it for my card anyway, or at least that's what i'm telling myself.
So 21,409 for the Graphics score, i'm happy with that, my little champ is 109% of a 3080Ti and 94% of a 4070Ti, the latter is an £800 GPU, it costs near twice as much.

Congratz on your score :)

I luv my underrated lill hero.

Yeh mine scores around 21400-21500 graphics score at 1030mv (stable for gaming) with the other settings. So I’ve left it at that. Even that is a 10% gain over the stock performance- don’t think any card from either manufacturer beats that for OC ability! The 22000 score (13% gain over stock) was stable for timespy but nothing else. I’m happy with that as it matches my brother’s £1899 3090 EVGA FTW3 ultra with 500w bios at stock and a mate’s 6950XT at stock but by drawing less power and emitting less heat! Also notice it matches a 7900 GRE and a 3090ti! Not bad for a sub £500 card and performance that would have cost >£1000 only 18months ago in the case of the 6950xt.

I copied yours, actually gave me a slightly lesser score than what i already had, so i turned the voltage down to 950 Mv, that gave me the 21,409, which is my highest to date, i tried again at 930 Mv and saw glimpses of colour flashing during the run, i escaped out and decided that's it... :)

Also it exceeds the RT performance of a 3070ti so it’s pretty sweet and 12% behind a 3080.

Yeah i didn't buy it for RT, i mean at sub £500 i'm not expecting to run RT with my 1440P in just about anything, it didn't matter if it was a £500 Nvidia GPU or AMD its all just nope....

But i was a little surprised at the RT performance, its not great but if you watch enough mainstream reviews you would think its awful, its not.

Same I bought it for raster but nice to know at 1440p RT is 8% better than a 3070ti according to well known review sites.

Also I’m going to mention a well used cliche: fine wine is going to age this 7800xt even better over the next 12months. Might gain another 500-1000 points on the score this time next year?! ;)
