Proud new 30D owner!

I actually just got that shot printed with a free offer from a high street camera retailer that's a competitor to here, and it looks great. It's actually got some blur due to me walking over the surface the tripod was on when I took it.

My mum pinched it though, so I'll have to get it printed again, without the border as it is waaaay too thick on a print.

Looks like the GF has bagsied the trekker wez. Sorry mate!

I do have a Hama track pack that is a great rucksack.

You could fit a couple of large lenses (70-200 f/2.8 attached to camera and 300 f/4 for example), 2 or 3 extra smaller lenses, filters and flash.

At one point i had my 350D, 50mm, 60mm macro, 18-55mm, 28-70mm, 55-200mm, 170-500mm and filters in mine.

My mate has a 5D, ring flash, 100mm macro, 24-105mm IS f/4, 70-300mm DO IS, teleconvertor and filters in his.

Great rucksack - i'll try and get some pics.

Great stuff gt, I was after something just like that for my 30D and 70-200 f4 L lens......

Is this the bag you have?

Hey 33L,

The 400D is an ace camera. Loved my 350D so the 400D must be awesome. Enjoy it! :)

Also, remember to take a look at the 170-500mm in the MM. You know you want it! ;)

Yeah i know its a good camera and i have been playing with it a lot over the last few days and really getting to grips with where every thing is.
You are right i do want your lens but i cant afford it at the moment. Its really annoying as the kits lens is just um... basic and it lets the potential of the camera down.

The s6500 had a decent lens but in no way did it have the same depth of field.

I think everyone has one of those bags when starting out. They're ever so cheap and decent enough quality. Now I'm just robbing dividers from it for my Lowe pro bag.
