Mid-table? Wouldn't that be funny :p can't see you getting that many points though.

I dont think its as bad as everyone is making out... but we certainly haven't made the start we needed, especially when compared to last seasons start.


We haven't really done that great today, lots of possesion but nothing is coming from it. We've done better since Saha came on.

We can't keep playing 4-5-1 with Tevez alone up front... It is very strange we didn't get another striker... but to be honest I wasn't expecting Fergie to buy one.
 
Once you have rooney and ronaldo back, i'm sure you can get back into it...

i think the title is almost over now already tbh... especially if man utd dont get 3points here and chelsea win tomorrow...

Maybe he bought Henry and he's just waiting to secretly unveil him tomorrow?

If Saha stays fit then we'll be fine... but this early start to the season has really shown the lack of depth we show compared to Chelsea and Liverpool :(

We really could do with another striker and I mean striker... not a guy that holds the ball and looks to play others on (like Tevez or Rooney).

Rooney and Tevez are fantastic players, but they need a second guy with them.
 
Just wondering (odd request), if anyone's got any high resolution pictures of OT (particularly the Stretford End) during a game? Looking to use it as a background but not found anything yet, something from pitch level would be ideal but anything would be considered! Needs to be at least 1280x800. :)
 
Apparently Quiroz has come out saying he's going to be thinking about his options in December and possibly leaving his post as AM come June. I really hope not, I think in the last couple of years (since his time at RM I guess) he's done an exceptional job at Man Utd.

Must be looking for a pay rise :D I assumed he was on a promise of being considered as the next manager. Or maybe as usual the press are reading something else into his comments.
 
during todays match i noticed the font on the back of the kit's changed.. looks much better. and i believe it was silver (hope the vertical stripe is too)

is this just for the champ league, or they changed it for the prem too?
 
well i'm a lot more confident about retaining the title now. no disrespect to pool or arsenal but i did (heh note already using past tense) see chelsea as our main rivals.

Just for the Champions League. I'm convinced though that our kit has changed colour slightly to a deeper red.
