i prefer my mach for such adventures :D

gist X type XL booster and Amp and 2 DG invuls with a byrnns modified sensor booster and shadow serp tracking computer/s

not quite a perma but its the right side of 6-8 minutes until it caps out, by which time the 1400mm II's have chewed through enough for me to be able to pretty much turn it off :p

good idea :D dont think ive trained the overheat skills *if there are any* i know my chars way younger than yours, im going for a rapier next 17 days left \o/

I am about to pay for the full thing, can anyone advise me as to a good corps for noob UK players, looking for escort duties,PVP etc..

Start a new character with higher memory for a start, that 6 score will cripple you. Charisma is the only one you can safely enough ignore.

Doh didnt want to hear that lol just followed a character template guide to get that setup. So its no good then :(

Any advice on a good character template site ?

Personally I wouldn't bother following templates as they are often misleading (then again I started playing when there were no templates) go through the character creation and see how low you can get your charisma and how high you can get the other attributes. You can move forwards and backwards through the character creation as much as you want.

Once you are in-game again, there is a public "OcUK" channel you are welcome to join. You are also welcome to sign up to "OcUK Corporation", sign up to www.oc-ps.co.uk post in recruitment and someone will tell you what to do from there.

I was going to pounce on him but he said he wanted to do PVP and stuff like that so i left it :P

Add the line "advancedDevice=1" to the prefs.ini file (which is located in users>appdata>local>EVE>settings, or something like that). That'll add some poorly labeled options to the graphics tab in the esc menu, one of which is AA.

Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\CCP\EVE\settings

Thanks for that, works quite well. Are there any other "hidden" settings you can add to the prefs file?
 
hello,

I just took out a 14 day trial with this game and am finding it pretty interesting. I am considering signing up.

I am only a casual player and will only play a few (6-7) hours a week. Is there a place for me in eve?
 
where is it?

realistically i have no idea whats going on. I have read a lot and i see how massive this game is. I understand how it works and i like it.

But to be honest I dont really know where to start!
