I don't see any point in Torres staying on his feet. He's got nothing by playing fair so perhaps it's time he started cheating like other foreign players in the league.

Edit: Great finish. He impresses me more and more every time I watch him.

Just before the goal he done excellent again, beat Bikey for strength (while being fouled) and then played a great through-ball for Leto.

Thank **** for that, Bikey booked eventually (another foul on Torres if you hadn't guessed). Hopefully he'll be more careful now :rolleyes:

The one worry i had about Torres was whether he would adapt to the physical side of our game but today has put that to bed, he's been kicked all over the pitch but just got on with it and on many occasions has out battled the Reading defenders.
 
just got back in from class, bit surprised to see torres to be honest, maybe he was rested over the weekend so he'd be fresh for tonight? you've got to prioritise i suppose.

i see he's scored, he's ripping up the carling cup!

Agreed, on some occasions he's had every right to complain but just gets on with it.




SHOULD HAVE HAD A PENALTY THERE FFS!

Bikey should be off as well.
 
lol Pigeon, if Rafa doesn't take him off he may well be out for a lot longer the way Reading are playing.

This ref's a joke, Torres gone through and brought down by Bikey for what should have been a pen, not given as expected :rolleyes: 2 mins later Torres gets sent flying again :rolleyes:
