it has a larger tank and probably gets more mpg, but i guess its possible if they didnt stick it on with a full tank

I just can't understand why they are running this race, it makes no sense.
It's like a bad joke that adds yet more evidence that F1 is a clowns sport. Glad we got up for it guys, right?

Edit: If they're going to bring the safety car in then I expect full on carnage. Spyker for the win.
