i understand the PS3 version has not got headset support
Got mine todaygame itself is cool but the multiplayer aspect has a few flaws,no way to find friends like on motorstorm and u cannot make private rooms
and no way of locking cars and filtering auto gears or manual as the manual players are always gonna kick the auto gears players butts ,netcode is fine though shame is limit of 6 players but thats not the end of the world i guess.
Had few good races on the tracks i knew but then was lost as tracks i havent unlocked were played then i fell to back of the pack all fun though![]()
No but the PS3 does have "rumble" PAD support for when sony release the new controllers pads later in the year.
The 360 wheel is pants for this IMO, pad all the way!
Awesome, that's what pips the versions for me.
Think ill still get it on the 360 though. What was the lead platform if any?

Downloaded the demo... Played it once and promptly deleted it... What a bad game.
The graphics are ok, nothing as good as PGR3 or Forza, and the gameplay is ad, even for an arcade game..
You need to give it more time and then see. Also playing the full does make a big difference.
Too late now, deleted itI know that demo's can sometimes be different to the final version, but if I can't get on with it as a demo (which they should already have the fundamentals sorted out) then I won't buy it.
besides, PGR4 is out soon
I disagree, i find it a lot more fun, it might be harder to correct the car in some cases but damn thats part of the wheel experience. I havnt compared times each way or even attempted to assume one method is faster than the other though.
Why dont you like the wheel?
Sega Rally is awesome, the more you play it the better it gets. Sure, it's a simple arcade racer but that is the point, and it works brilliantly. Besides, it does have depth, perfecting the right lines, knowing when to initiate that slide, taking the best line through the deformations etc. etc.
I think the graphics are lovely too, there are loads of subtle effects like the tyre tracks filling with water, the way the mud/gravel mixes with the snow when you have gone through it, the way the cars get covered in mud that actually looks 'wet', then gets washed off when going through water. Infact, the more I play it the more I like the visuals, I'd take them over DiRTs dodgy framerate and weird gold/brown hue any day of the week.
Fair enough but the environments that weren't in the demo - Arctic and Alpine are amazing. The deformation really comes into its own on the later tracks.
