I've picked up two parcels recently from the Royal Mail office after missing the delivery..about £600 worth of goods. I wasn't asked for ID on either occasion.Something with your name & surname.. Bank card, bill, student card etc

Tbh, I'm jealous of the fact they CAN strike. When other underpaid sectors really can't - or wouldn't. Nurses spring to mind. There is some serious hatred to RM staff and the company its self in this thread its shocking tbh! Whats the real problem guys>?
I wonder, perhaps part of it is down to the usually shoddy service which has now been exacerbated by them deciding to take strike action which few people agree with?
I hope they all bloody lose their jobs, the scum! We have quite a few things that are supposed to be arriving this weekend, but now we'll have to wait until sometime next week!
Perhaps someone from the Post Office can explain just what we, the paying customer, have paid for over this weekend and can we get a refund?
Well the strikes have being know for a while now, bad planning on your half tbh

My behalf? How the hell can it be bad planning on my behalf when I'm the one expecting the mail? No wonder your Company is so screwed up!

You're saying you paid for it in so far as asking for a refund. Hence you must have organised it.
No, I sent the money to cover postage to my mate ages ages. It's he who's posted the items, I didn't know they were arriving this weekend until about 10:00 this morning.
And there's your typical RM workers attitude right there ... "we don't care"
