Name This Sega Megadrive Game

Hey guys,

I can't remember the name of a game I used to play when I was younger, and it's been bugging me for years now. It was a typical fighting game on the Sega Megadrive/Genesis and fights took place on what seemed to be alien landscapes, one of which was obviously the moon.

Other than that, all I remember about it was a couple of the characters. One was a white robot with 'Wolverine-style' claws, his special move was some sort of slashing breakdance, and there was some blue blob type creature that looked like it was wearing a tutu and sort of span while it floated around the screen.

Looking back on it, it was a pretty dire game, but I was hooked when I was young. I'm not really interested in playing it again, but it comes up in conversation every time my brother is over and we spend ages trying to remember the title. Any ideas?

Its not "alien storm" is it?

Its got 2 player co-op on it, and you have a kind of 1st person view at some points where you have to shoot the aliens - most of the time in electronics stores.

Nah, it's not that one either. It was a typical arcade-type fighting game a lá Street Fighter. Just two characters fighting against a background, single player vs. CPU or player vs. player.

There were a lot more characters than the two I described, but they're the only ones I remember.
 
rise of the robots,clay fighter?

I can remeber another game where the charactors where like fantastic 4 one was a man made of fire and one of ice and there were a few diffrent aliens ect cant remeber its name

Nah it wasn't Rise Of The Robots or Clayfighter, I remember those.

I don't remember anything about fire/ice men either. :(
 
I'm fairly sure my mate has it on his Mega Drive too, but I lost my phone with his number and he's just moved house and he doesn't have a phone line in yet.

The names just not coming to me though, sorry.

I'm afraid the clawed robots and flying blue ballerinas in that pic don't look familiar. :p
